Vettel admits to Red Bull tyre struggles
Getty Images Enlarge Sebastian Vettel admits Red Bull is struggling on the soft tyre following practice for the Indian Grand Prix. Although Vettel headed a Red Bull one-two in both practice session, neither he nor team-mate Mark Webber was able to complete more than five laps on the soft tyre in FP2. Although Lotus and Ferrari carried out much longer stints, Vettel said he felt it would be a problem for all teams which would get less severe as the weekend progresses. "Obviously the soft tyre is not lasting very long but it's Friday, the track is rubbering in and it's usually improving for Saturday," Vettel said.
