F1 2013 – McLaren still targeting Alonso for 2014?

Sky F1 columnist Mark Hughes claims reliable sources say McLaren are still trying sign Fernando Alonso for the 2014 season despite claims he is looking to stay with Ferrari.As well as tweeting “Efforts continue at McLaren to wrest Alonso from Ferrari for 2013” Hughes also claimed 'I am told by a credible source that their efforts are very much continuing to get him in the car for 2014.'Jenson Button is already confirmed for the 2014 Formula One season, however Sergio Perez is not.
