Horner: Vettel will not be given priority
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has insisted that Sebastian Vettel's status will not elevate to that of a lead driver when Daniel Ricciardo joins the outfit next season. On Monday evening it was confirmed that Ricciardo, who has spent the past two years with Toro Rosso, is to partner triple World Champion Vettel in 2014, the latter having taken a near-identical route to the top echelon via Red Bull's junior programme. But despite Ricciardo's relative inexperience to Vettel, currently on target to secure a fourth successive Drivers' crown, Horner says there will be no driver preference.
