Prime & Option: the week in review, July 22
This week in F1 news was a bit less satisfactorily categorized than last week’s Prime & Option. As we begin to end our three week July break, F1 regains traction with a Pirelli test at Silverstone, some serious news lands with a thud for next season, and dear old Bernie has been formally charged with bribery.
