Force India eyeing consistency

Force India team principal Vijay Mallya has urged his team to "play the long game in the Championship" instead of chasing short-term glory. The Silverstone squad have impressed so far this season with Adrian Sutil and Paul di Resta picking up 51 points between them to push the team to fifth in the standings - one place ahead of their illustrious rivals McLaren. Although Force India have made no secret of the fact that they are chasing a podium, Mallya feels it is important that both cars finish in the points on a regular basis so that they hold onto P5.
