Caterham fined 1,000 for speeding offence

"true">Caterham has been fined 1,000 (£855) for a speeding offence during the opening free practice session in Monaco, with Giedo van der Garde breaking the pit lane limit. During the opening 90 minutes of track action in the principality, Dutchman van der Garde travelled at a speed of 74.7 km/h (46.4 mph) within the 60 km/h (37.2 mph) zone. Following the Spanish Grand Prix, Caterham was fined 10,000 (£8549) for an unsafe release, with the left-rear wheel detaching itself from van der Garde's car at Turn 10.
