George Russell walked away from the Monaco Grand Prix with no points, a widening championship deficit and an increasingly familiar feeling of helplessness. On a weekend when Mercedes team-mate Kimi Antonelli further strengthened his grip on the title race with a commanding victory, Russell was left trying to understand how another promising opportunity had slipped away through circumstances he believes were largely beyond his control.
