The dream of a Formula 1 seat is supposed to be a triumph for any young driver, but for Jack Doohan, his six-race stint with Alpine in 2025 descended into a waking nightmare. The 23-year-old Australian arrived on the gird brimming with promise, tasked with proving himself alongside the team’s established race winner Pierre Gasly.
