Vettel declares F1 race career ‘over'

Jul.17   Sebastian Vettel has declared his Formula 1 career to be 'over'. Although more strongly linked with a return to the paddock as Dr Helmut Marko's successor at Red Bull, there have been rumblings since his retirement at the end of 2022 that he might consider racing again. The 38-year-old now tells Auto Motor und Sport that he has considered a return to the cockpit at Le Mans and the World Endurance Championship (WEC). 'I don't want to rule out the possibility that something might come of it,' said the German.
