Yuki Tsunoda hit with penalty at 2025 Bahrain GP

Yuki Tsunoda has received his first official reprimand of the 2025 Formula 1 season after an incident in Bahrain, where he overtook a car in the pit lane during Friday’s free practice session. A Rocky Start at Red Bull Tsunoda, who was promoted to the main Red Bull team just a week earlier at the Japanese Grand Prix, had a forgettable FP1 in Bahrain. Not only was he beaten on the timing sheets by Liam Lawson—the man he recently replaced—but he also attracted the attention of the stewards for questionable behavior in the pit lane.
