Aston Martin says floor-spec triggered Sao Paulo GP struggles

09/11/2024 at 17:2809/11/2024 at 13:05 Aston Martin faced a challenging Sao Paulo Grand Prix last weekend, struggling with technical issues that left both Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso with nearly unmanageable cars. From Stroll’s pre-race spin to Alonso’s bumpy, painful run to 14th place, the rain-drenched event turned into an ordeal for the Silverstone-based team, ultimately traced to a mix of unfortunate factors that team boss Mike Krack shed light on post-race.
