Leclerc, like Verstappen, must report to stewards for swearing

Charles Leclerc did not get away with swearing after the Grand Prix in Mexico City, after he 'dropped the F-bomb' last Sunday. Max Verstappen was given community service for saying the same word, and was later surprised Leclerc was not yet penalised. That might change now.
