Leclerc explains how Ferrari are making Constructors' Championship surge

Most of the attention was focused on McLaren and Red Bull, but with a one-two in the United States Grand Prix, Ferrari is in with a chance of winning the Constructors' Championship. Charles Leclerc believes Ferrari is doing the best job in Formula 1 at the moment despite not having the strongest car on the grid.
