Verstappen: You cannot overtake outside the white line
Max Verstappen finished third in the 2024 US Grand Prix after Lando Norris received a five-second time penalty for overtaking outside the track limits. It was not the only penalty dished out by the race stewards during the race, as several similar incidents took place and were penalized in the same manner.
