Russell teaches Hamilton a lesson again: 'Could've done that as well'

Lewis Hamilton attacked his teammate in the closing stages of the race but could not overtake George Russell to win the Belgian Grand Prix. It was somewhat of a surprise because Hamilton had a significant tyre advantage over Russell. He believes he could've done the one-stop as well.
