Wolff wants clarity after Verstappen's driving: 'In 2021 it was allowed...'

Max Verstappen and Lando Norris touched during the Austrian Grand Prix, forcing the McLaren driver to retire early. Verstappen was able to continue, but finished the race fifth. There was much talk about the Red Bull driver's driving behaviour, which some said had been too aggressive. Toto Wolff looked back at the situation and gave his verdict.
