McLaren junior Ugochukwu snatches first Euro 4 title
The new Euro 4 Championship that was launched this year has crowned its first champion: 16-year-old McLaren junior Ugo Ugochukwu. The young American who competes with power house outfit Prema claimed the title in the single-seater-entry series with a flawless win at the final round in Barcelona last weekend. Starting from pole position, Ugochukwu led the race from lights to flag, showcasing his pace and exceptional talent to conclude his season on the highest note. Overall, Ugochukwu’s run to the title included 3 wins and two podiums in 9 races. “I knew coming here that consistency would be key in winning the Championship, especially with double points,” said the McLaren protégé....
