Domenicali: 'Sporting penalties if budget cap is exceeded'

Formula 1 boss Stefano Domenicali wants to get rid of monetary sanctions when a team exceeds its budget cap. In an interview with the Italian branch of Motorsport.com, the Italian director makes a case for punishing teams with sporting penalties instead of limited monetary fines.
