Lewis Hamilton called ‘eight-time World Champion' by Mercedes sponsor

Seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton has not for the first time been called an ‘eight-time World Champion', whilst making an appearance at the Petronas University of Technology. Hamilton was attending an event put on by the team's title sponsor, where he was introduced as an eight-time World Champion by the host.
