Piastri says he will not race for Alpine
Australian driver Oscar Piastri has dropped a bombshell that he will not race for Alpine in Formula One next season, just one hour after the team said he would replace Aston Martin-bound Fernando Alonso in 2023. Piastri has been part of Alpine's driver academy for four years and seemed the logical replacement for Alonso, but he has other plans.
