Verstappen's entire career at Red Bull: is it realistic?

In all the euphoria after winning the world title Max Verstappen said he wanted to stay with Red Bull Racing for many more years. Not much later his team announced that they would like to start negotiations for a new, long-term contract. It is possible that more information will be revealed within a few months. Dedication Verstappen himself cited ten or fifteen years as the number of seasons he would like to remain under contract to Red Bull. Of course that sounds nice and shows his dedication to the Austrian team. But how realistic is a lifetime at Red Bull Racing?
