Ricciardo seeking to 'build' on Monza glory in Russia

Daniel Ricciardo heads to Sochi determined to build on his winning Italian Grand Prix momentum to deliver to McLaren another healthy haul of points. The Aussie led a dominant McLaren 1-2 at Monza's Temple of Speed, returning his team to the victory circle for the first time in almost a decade. "A week on from Monza, it still feels good thinking about being back on that top step of the podium" Ricciardo said in McLaren's Russian Grand Prix preview. "We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect way to end a triple-header. I loved competing at the front of the grid and having the chance to fight for the win.
