Honda doesn't believe Wolff: 'A top team doesn't do that'

Red Bull Racing and Mercedes are still in a battle for the world title in 2021. Toto Wolff has stated that Mercedes have stopped developing their car, but like Christiam Horner, Masashi Yamamoto doesn't believe those statements either. In 2021, it is very important for teams to find the right balance. In 2021 performance still needs to be sustained, but there are also completely new regulations ready for 2022.
