Official: British Grand Prix to take place with full capacity crowds

Earlier it was reported that the British Grand Prix would be held with spectators. The organisors of the British Grand Prix together with Formula 1 have now officially announced that the race weekend at Silverstone will take place with spectators and that the maximum number of visitors will be admitted. British Grand Prix part of research programme "We are delighted to confirm that the British Grand Prix will be involved in the final phase of the UK Government's Event Research Programme (ERP), enabling full spectator capacity," reads a statement on Formula1.com.
