Indy 500: Race Day! Start those engines!

Indianapolis Motor Speedway has stood majestically in silence for far too long, but today things change as the hallowed venue awaits spectators en masse for the first time in two years. A crowd of 135,00, amounting to 40 percent of venue capacity, will be welcomed to 105th running of the Indianapolis 500, making it the world’s largest gathering for a sporting event since the COVID-19 pandemic began.
