With huge regulation changes incoming for 2022, as well as an enforced budget cap of $145 million for 2021, there is a point this year at which every team will have to decide that their development for the current car is finished and to move onto next season. For some, like Haas, they've already decided against any further development for this year and already have dedicated their resources to next season.
