US-based GNL agrees £170m deal to purchase McLaren headquarters

US-based Global Net Lease (GNL) has agreed a £170 million deal to purchase McLaren's Woking headquarters as part of a leaseback agreement. The deal includes all three buildings which house McLaren's Automotive, Racing, and Applied divisions.
