Mercedes tease black and silver W12 livery
Mercedes has teased its new look for the 2021 Formula 1 season ahead of Tuesday's launch of the W12. Last year Mercedes ran a black livery in a visual stand against racism. Prior to 2020, Mercedes had traditionally raced with Silver Cars, a feature that had earned the cars of the German marque the nickname the "Silver Arrows". Article continues under video Mercedes had previously stated the black livery would remain a feature of the design into 2021 and images shared by the team appear to confirm this.
