Monchaux explains Alfa C41 changes and development plans

Alfa Romeo Technical Director Jan Monchaux has explained the areas of change and development on their new C41, as well as their development plans. Speaking at the launch of the fresh looking C41 in Warsaw, Technical Director Jan Monchaux explained the areas of focus the team concentrated on for 2021. While the cars are largely similar to 2020, the tweaks to the aerodynamic rules have aimed to slow down the cars a little for the final year of the current regulations. Teams have also been limited to two ‘performance tokens' that they were permitted to spend in order to make changes to their cars and Monchaux explained where Alfa Romeo have opted to spend those tokens.
