You would think that a dominant team like Mercedes would have it easy, but it also has its challenges to stay at the top for a long time. Team principal Toto Wolff says motivating the team is the biggest challenge. Staying motivated the biggest challenge for Mercedes In an interview with Speedweek, Wolff says there are dangers behind the team's dominance. "Motivating is one of the most difficult aspects. It is very dangerous to have the attitude that you are the winner. You have to counteract this.
