F1 financially stable despite effects of last season

Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has insisted the sport is on a financially stable footing despite the ongoing effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Only a select number of races were able to host fans in a reduced capacity last season due to the fight against the virus, with the shortened schedule also impacting income from race promoters as events were dropped.
