F1 to discuss pre-race diversity plans, drops rainbow logo

Formula 1 has announced an expansion of its #WeRaceAsOne initiative that was launched last year which will see it discuss a pre-race diversity movement with teams and drivers, while the rainbow logo that featured heavily on the cars in 2020 has been dropped. F1 has indicated that the plan to include a section before the start of each race this season will be “to show its united support for important issues”. Prior to the commencement of each race in 2020, F1 broadcasted an anti-racism message consisting of all of the drivers, before some chose to take a knee on the grid. The #WeRaceasOne platform will now become F1’s official Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG)...
