McLaren budget cap strategy has "forks in the road"

McLaren's plan to implement and cope with the new budget cap in Formula 1 has "different forks in the road" dependent on how the new season pans out. This season will be the first run within a cost cap, set at $145million, dropping to $140m for next year and $135m for 2023 to 2025.
