Alfa Romeo sets launch date for 2021 F1 challenger

Alfa Romeo has confirmed the launch date and location for its 2021 Formula 1 challenger, becoming the first team to do so. Sauber Motorsport, which operates Alfa Romeo’s Formula 1 entry, revealed that the new car, called the C41, will be unveiled in Warsaw on February 22. Warsaw is where several of Alfa Romeo’s title partner Orlen’s key operations are based. Sauber, which has competed in Formula 1 since 1993, took on Alfa Romeo branding prior to the 2019 season. The Italian car company affirmed last October that it will continue its partnership with Sauber through 2021.
