Albon 'proud' with closing race as Red Bull decision looms

Alex Albon feels he has "done everything" to save his seat with Red Bull for 2021 thanks to a solid drive to fourth in Sunday's Abu Dhabi GP. From fifth on the grid, Albon moved up to fourth in his opening stint after passing McLaren's Lando Norris, inching closer to Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton following the deployment of the Safety Car on lap 10. The Red Bull driver held his own for the remainder of the evening, eventually reducing his gap to Hamilton thanks to a late charge to finish just 1.5 seconds behind the seven-time world champion.
