Alonso drives 2005 title-winning car at Abu Dhabi GP

Fernando Alonso was reunited with his 2005 Formula One title-winning car in some demonstration laps at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Alonso took the V10-powered Renault, named the R25, around the Yas Marina Circuit on Friday evening and again 24 hours later after qualifying. The car took the Spaniard to the first of back-to-back F1 titles. The loud roar of the engine distracted several interviews taking place in the paddock, with Lewis Hamilton stopping an interview with F1 TV several times to listen to the distinctive V10 noise.
