Verstappen narrowly edges Bottas in Abu Dhabi FP1

Red Bull's Max Verstappen clocked in fastest in the opening practice session for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the Dutchman edging Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas and Renault's Esteban Ocon. Alex Albon was fourth in the pecking order but over a second behind his Red Bull teammate, while F1 returnee Lewis Hamilton was fifth, 1.366s adrift from the morning's pace-setter.
