Grosjean discharged from hospital, to stay in Bahrain

Romain Grosjean has been discharged from hospital three days after the violent accident that left him with burns to his hands. Grosjean suffered a 137mph accident, recorded at 53G, with the barriers at the start of Formula 1’s Bahrain Grand Prix, which split the car in two, bursting into flames. Grosjean was able to extricate himself from the burning wreckage but was transported to the medical centre and then to Bahrain Defence Force Hospital. Grosjean spent three nights in hospital but was released on Wednesday morning.
