Update | Images of Stroll's rollover after contact with Kvyat

The Bahrain Grand Prix restarted after Romain Grosjean's horror crash, where he miraculously escaped. Less than one lap into the restart, the safety car was out after Lance Stroll was found upside down.  Daniil Kvyat is again involved in the accident. Stroll steers into the hairpin and suddenly Kvyat is on the inside. Because the wheels touch each other, Stroll flies into the air. Update  The competition management has indeed designated Daniil Kvyat as the main culprit and gives him a ten-second penalty. Something that is not understood by everyone.
