McLaren drivers sing the praises of "down-to-earth" boss Seidl

Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz have sung the praises of McLaren boss Andreas Seidl saying the Austrian "gets the best out of everyone". Under Seidl's watch over the past two years, the team has bounced back from a position of struggle to be contenders for a top-three position in the constructors' championship.
