Russell backs two-day weekends but wants two practice sessions

Williams driver George Russell believes Formula 1 should consider more two-day race weekends in future as long as there is a minimum of two practice sessions to give teams and drivers enough time to prepare. The sport is trialling a pre-planned programme of two-day running for the first time at Imola, with just a single 90-minute session on Saturday prior to qualifying.
