Albon disappointed by DNF: "We could have done something"

Alexander Albon didn't have the happiest of races in Germany as he was forced to retire. The Red Bull Racing driver locked up early on and had to pit for new tyres before he wanted to, before receiving a penalty for a clash with Daniil Kvyat. Eventually, he was forced to retire with a power unit problem. Afterwards he told Sky Sports that the problems with his car were the reason for the retirement. “We wouldn’t have boxed if there was no issue. I mean, we had the lockup in lap one and that just compromised our race really. It’s a little bit of a shame because the car is quick." Albon knows that more would have been possible if his Red Bull had stayed in one piece....
