Monza joins 2020 WRC schedule, will host season finale

The 2020 World Rally Championship will now conclude in early December with the addition of Rally Monza to the schedule. The asphalt event will take place on 4-6 December and will be based at the famous Autodromo Nazionale de Monza race circuit, home of the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix. The format will adopt the WRC's short schedule, featuring about 220km of special stages, with the majority of the first and last day action at the circuit. Saturday’s middle leg speed tests will comprise demanding closed public roads in the Lombardy region close to Monza.
