Alonso reportedly set to test Renault RS20 at Barcelona

Fernando Alonso is reportedly set to make his unofficial F1 return with Renault next week at Barcelona where the Spaniard is expected to sample the team's RS20. Teams are normally restricted from testing their current-spec cars during the F1 season, but each outfit is nevertheless awarded two filming days during which a car can complete 100km of running on special tyres. Read also: Alonso rates his overall qualities: 'I score 9 in everything' According to Spanish F1 reporter Albert Fabrega, the Renault F1 team could use its remaining filming day to help Alonso kickstart his preparations for 2021. But the Enstone squad could also roll out its 2018 car to allow Alonso to stretch his legs....
