Both Ferraris Knocked Out Of Q2 At Belgian GP

Both Ferraris have been knocked out in the second part of qualifying after failing to set a lap time good enough to get them into the top 10. Charles Leclerc outpaced teammate Sebastian Vettel and will start the Belgian Grand Prix 13th on the grid, while Vettel will start in P14.
