Marko: "Out of kindness Bottas certainly didn't let Max finish second"

Helmut Marko doesn't yet understand why Valtteri Bottas was unable to attack Max Verstappen in second place during the Spanish Grand Prix, all the more so because Red Bull Racing itself had to deal with overheated rear tyres.
