No warning for Vettel ahead of Ferrari engine failure

Sebastian Vettel has stated the engine failure that brought an early end to his Friday running at Silverstone caught him by complete surprise. With six minutes remaining in FP2 ahead of the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix, Vettel suffered an engine failure which resulted in his SF1000 leaving oil on the track before he pulled over on to a grass verge at Silverstone.
