Binotto hints at potential 'organisational' changes at Ferrari

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto has alluded to organisational changes that could sweep the Scuderia in the near term to help the Italian outfit put itself back on the right track following its low-key start to the 2020 season. Ferrari is nowhere near rivalling with Mercedes, or even Red Bull or Racing Point which has overhauled the red squad in the early pecking order. The team's SF1000 package features weaknesses in both the aero and engine departments, and Ferrari could be hard pressed to significantly improve its fortunes given the regulation freeze that will extend into next year.
