Budget cap a "great change for the midfield teams" - Gasly

Pierre Gasly has hailed the introduction of a budget cap into Formula 1 as a "great change", with the Frenchman believing it will finally close the gap between the front-running teams and the midfield. In establishing the 2021 regulations, F1 put into legislation the first budget cap in the sport's history.
