Toto Wolff: Five second penalty for Hamilton was too harsh

Mercedes boss Toto Wolff feels the five-second penalty handed out to Lewis Hamilton following in an incident with Alex Albon was 'too harsh'. With Hamilton toiling on hard tyres in second place, a flying Albon was closing in and after attempting to overtake the Brit on the left hand side, collided with the Red Bull man, sending him spinning to the rear, where he would eventually retire.
